Filling out the Article/Document Profile

Step 3 is the second part of the Article/Document Profile. Here you enter in the key terms that will be searced by search engines - this will lead people to the article you posted.

• In the above example, "John Doe" is the main focus of an article as he is the nobel prize winner. Put any key words that are someone's name in a single box. This way, the article will turn up when the full name is searched rather than turning up on the millionth page when someone searches "John".
• Follow the same rule for other types of key terms. Put full titles, phrases, etc. in a single box rather than splitting up the words among multiple boxes. As you can see in the example, Nobel Prize Winner is put in a single box because the individual wants the article to show up when the phrase "Nobel Prize Winner" is searched.
